If an item is in stock, our team will endeavour to despatch the order same day if placed by 1.00pm AEST. If the item is not in stock, most orders are despatched within 3 – 5 working days. If you would like your order to be prioritised for despatch please contact our customer service team on 1300 337 638.
Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Edsoft Interactive is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us.
Edsoft Interactive uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Edsoft Interactive only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.
Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.
When purchasing from Edsoft Interactive your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard. Returns and Replacements
Software: Within 30 days of purchase, faulty software may be returned for a full refund for any reason provided the sealed software package has not been opened and is in a resaleable condition.
Hardware: Within 14-days of purchase, hardware may be returned for any reason. Hardware must be returned in original packaging and in a resalable condition.
All return items, must be pre-authorised and issued an authorisation number. Edsoft will not accept returns without an authorisation number. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are paid by customer. We recommend all returns are shipped in a traceable manor as Edsoft is not responsible for lost on non-delivered return goods.
Ordering
Order from Australia: Most orders will be fulfilled by Edsoft and sent by Australian Post within 24 hours if in stock. We aim to dispatch the order on the same day if in stock and before 3:00pm EST Australia.
Order from New Zealand: Most orders will be fulfilled by Edsoft and sent within 5-7 working days if in stock. We will advise you within 48 hours if stock is not available.
Payment, Pricing and Promotions
Payment: We accept Visa and Mastercard. No surcharge is added for credit card orders.
Pricing: All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. Every effort has been made to ensure our online store has the most correct and up to date pricing, however Edsoft reserves the right to alter published prices due to exceptional circumstances.
Typographical Errors: In the event content on the Website contains incorrect information, or a product is listed at an incorrect price, due to typographical errors or error in pricing information, Edsoft Interactive shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Edsoft Interactive shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Edsoft Interactive shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
