Who can purchase from Edsoft?
K-12 Students
If your school participates in the Microsoft Student Select program, you may purchase directly from us. Other software where stated may have student licensing options. Ask us for help to clarify which software is applicable.
Teachers/Staff
You are eligible to purchase software at academic pricing.
Schools
To place orders, fax a school purchase order to us at 1300 733 821 or call us on Aus: 1300 EDSOFT or NZ: 0800 EDSOFT.
Universities
Procurement officers/Lecturers/head of Facultieis acting on behalf of the University/Tafe or Higher Eduation instituion may purchase on offical purchase ordering stationery.
University Students
You are eligible to purchase software at special student pricing. Student products are strictly for students, not for educators or non-academic purchasers. Some suppliers require proof of current student status to allow installation of the product. Eligibility criteria is specified for individual products on our website. Non Academic Customers
You are eligible to purchase from our store. Products are clearly marked as 'Non-Academic' and will not have any reference to education. Non-eligible products include those that state 'Student product' or 'Academic only' or have reference to any educational status.
Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
No surcharge is added for credit card orders.
Order from Australia:
Most orders will be fulfilled by Edsoft and sent by Australian Post within 24 hours if in stock. We aim to dispatch the order on the same day if in stock and before 3:00pm EST Australia.
Order from New Zealand:
Most orders will be fulfilled by Edsoft and sent within 5-7 working days if in stock. We will advise you within 48 hours if stock is not available.
Refunds
Software: Within 30 days of purchase, faulty software may be returned for a full refund for any reason provided the sealed software package has not been opened and is in a resaleable condition.
Hardware:Within 14-days of purchase, hardware may be returned for any reason. Hardware must be returned in original packaging and in a resalable condition.
All return items, must be pre-authorised and issued an authorisation number. Edsoft will not accept returns without an authorisation number. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are paid
by customer. We recommend all returns are shipped in a traceable manor as Edsoft is not responsible for lost on non-delivered return goods.
Pricing
Every effort has been made to ensure our online store has the most correct and up to date pricing, however Edsoft reserves the right to alter published prices due to exceptional circumstances.
Typographical Errors
In the event content on the Website contains incorrect information, or a product is listed at an incorrect price, due to typographical errors or error in pricing information, Edsoft Interactive shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Edsoft Interactive shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Edsoft Interactive shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
